Management procedure made available on products Chartersat
1) The customer contact technical support at +39 0712901106 and communicates the fault and the need to make the goods
2) The customer fill out the RMA form in all its parts and send it to fax +39 071 2868542 or e-mail info@fastmedia.it
3) Fastmedia sent to the customer via fax or e-mail the complete RMA form of “RMA” (return authorization)
4) The customer sends the material failure in port, and attach the RMA Form
It is possible to use the procedure for faults not covered by warranty, which Fastmedia notify you in advance the repair estimate.
