The general conditions of sale, listed below, are valid for any order received by the Fastmedia Srl and are an essential part of each order. Any changes to these terms and any special conditions must be expressly agreed in writing.

2. ORDER

New orders from our sales are subject to the approval of Fastmedia Srl

Orders must comply with the price list in force.

3. TRANSPORT

The goods travel at the risk and peril which, in their own interest, must satisfy themselves, before withdrawal, the integrity of packages and quantity of goods received. All claims must be filed directly with the carrier at the time of delivery.

4. DELIVERIES

The goods are delivered in Ancona’s factory.

The delivery terms are purely indicative and not contractual.

5. PRICES

All prices are intended VAT excluded.

Fastmedia reserves the unquestionable right to make changes to the published list price when the cost components of the articles so require.

6. RETURNS AND CLAIMS

Complaints must be submitted in writing to Fastmedia Srl within 8 days of receipt of goods.

The return of goods must be authorized by Fastmedia Srl through RMA.

Authorized returns must be sent to the warehouses Fastmedia Srl prepaid, accompanied by regular freight bill and its accompanying extremes of purchase.

7. MEASUREMENTS AND DRAWINGS

Indications of sizes and designs of any publication Fastmedia Srl are intended for informational purposes only and may be subject to change without notice.

8. PAYMENTS

Payments must be made at the agreed date and Fastmedia Srl for the agreed amount.

Late payment of invoices beyond the agreed terms give rise to an immediate effect of bank interest and to be accompanied by disruption to supply.

9. PROPERTY ‘OF GOODS

Fastmedia Srl is the owner of the goods until full payment by the customer.

10. JURISDICTION

For any and any dispute shall mean the competent court of Ancona (Italy).
