Where and how we collect your personal information

- When you fill in a form on our website, app or wifi portal.
- When you contact us via phone, email, social media or another route
- When you register with us and fill in a form on our website or mobile app, either directly or via a social media account

- When you opt-in to receive news by email
- When you complete a survey distributed by us or on our behalf

What personal information do we collect and hold about you?
When you fill in a form we only require you to supply the information that we need to provide the service you have requested. We will normally ask you to provide us with:

We don’t collect date of birth information unless such information is necessary for the performance of a contract. We recognize that young people use our services and are legally able to provide consent after the age of 13 years.

- Mailing houses to send you bus tickets, smartcards or other information
- A cloud hosting company, which we use to run our website, app, retail, timetable and database services
- Website hosting companies which we use to administer our website content, including personalized timetables
